Since 1998 we have been looking for that perfect Beach Shack location. Our searching has taken us from Hawaii and all thru the Caribbean. In 2010 we found a perfect stretch of beach on the island of Anguilla, Shoal Bay East. On this one mile stretch of beach we found the best home-grown beach bars/shacks we were looking for. After massive "research", which included attending numerous days, afternoons and evenings at these great establishments, we decided we should move there. BUT we really love Raleigh and our family and friends are here. AND we love craft beer, not something that can be found at the typical Beach Shack. So we decided to combine our worlds and to open a craft beer and wine location in Raleigh. Our goal is to try and duplicate the same laid-back feel we get when we are in a Beach Shack, but with more beer and wine choices.
So in the spirit of that Beach Shack vibe, we invite you come in, leave your worries behind, and enjoy your favorite beer or wine with an island state of mind.
